Live Give Save Foundation is a 501( c )3 donor‑advised fund that stewards Spave campaigns and grants to 1.5M+ IRS‑qualified nonprofits—turning small moments into real‑world impact.
What We Do
Live Give Save Foundation (LGSF) amplifies and accelerates social good by powering donations that flowthrough the Spave experience. We receive tax‑deductible gifts and distribute them through our donoradvised fund to designated, IRS‑qualified nonprofits—safely, efficiently, and transparently. Here’s how wefacilitate giving:
1) Donors give by

2) Donations are processed:
The LGS Foundation provides access to more than 1.5 million accredited nonprofits. As long as the nonprofit is in good standing, donations are distributed as designated. If not, they will be distributed to another nonprofit within the same cause/category.
3) Donations are distributed:
- As a donor advised fund, the LiveGive Save Foundation allows thedonor to receive a 100% taxdeduction for their gift.
- Nonprofits pay zero overhead.
- Data privacy and security isparamount, therefore, we offerbank-level security.

- Is my gift tax‑deductible?
- Yes. Gifts are made to Live Give Save Foundation (a 501(c)(3)), designated to your cause or campaign.
- How are funds handled?
- We hold contributions in a donor‑advised fund with the stated purpose.
- Can I get a refund?
- Donor‑advised fund contributions are irrevocable by law. LGSF cannot issue refunds, but funds always support the designated charitable purpose.
- Where does my money go today?
- 90% is distributed to the designated nonprofits; 10% supports charitable administration and technology operations that keep Spave free for donors and nonprofits.
- How do nonprofits receive funds?
- Grants are disbursed via ACH to the nonprofit’s bank account monthly. If they are a Spave Fave, they receive monthly and year‑end reporting. Nonprofits not set up in our payment system will receive a check from Make My Donation*, a third‑party partner and donor‑advised fund.
- *Make My Donation, Inc. (MMD) is a 501(c)(3) non‑profit organization operating a donor‑advised fund, and your donation is subject to all of their Terms and Conditions. MMD’s EIN # is 47‑4068817.
